Lastly, contact massotherapy clinics and inquire about any specials they are having, a little shopping around can find you a great deal. If your insurance doesn't cover a professional massage, ask your accountant to put it on your tax return as a medical deduction.

The power of touch is one of the most effective methods to battle stress which is proven to be responsible for over 97% of disease and illness. While massage can be expensive, it's worth it to seek out this form of therapy on a regular basis. Treating yourself to a massage every now and then is better than none at all, so take some time for yourself.
